Alexandria Experimental Farms
Helping You Grow
About Us
Alexandria Experimental Farms (A.E.F. L.L.C.) is a real estate development company dedicated to securing needed property for 1620EST, a vertically integrated cannabis cultivation operation currently based out of Northern Virginia. Our mission is to establish land for sustainable, innovative cannabis production facilities that combine cutting-edge techniques within the industry with a commitment to environmental responsibility and community impact.
1620EST is focused on building an inclusive workforce by prioritizing the hiring of Deaf Virginians and military veterans within the community. Through partnerships with local educational institutions, 1620EST's goal is in developing long-term internship programs focused on Botany and cannabis industry training for the Deaf. The three-phase expansion plan—from greenhouse cultivation with solar array to the indoor facility and finally the advanced extraction and edibles production facility—reflects their ab approach to sustainable growth, regulatory compliance, and creating meaningful employment opportunities for underrepresented communities. This makes Alexandria Experimental Farms a great investment.
Future Development Is Already Guaranteed
Greenhouse Cultivation with Solar Array
Phase I of 1620EST's operation features state-of-the-art greenhouse cultivation facility powered by renewable solar energy. This sustainable approach maximizes yield while minimizing environmental impact and operational costs.
Indoor Cultivation Facility
Phase II introduces a controlled indoor growing environment that enables year-round production with optimized climate control, lighting, and nutrient management for consistent, high-quality cannabis cultivation.
Extraction & Edibles Production
Phase III completes 1620EST's vertically integrated operation with advanced extraction and edibles manufacturing capabilities, allowing for the production of a full range of cannabis products, made from trim and flower left over from both cultivations.
